Position: Music Leader / Director – Part-Time
First Baptist Church of Milledgeville, Ga. (FBCM)

Ideal Candidate:
• Clear testimony of Faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Southern Baptist life and doctrine.
• Strong Vocal ability and understanding of directing vocalists, instrumentalists, and the congregation in a blended worship setting.
• Strengths in organizing, motivating and leading volunteers with grace and excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sr. Pastor to ensure music aligns with Worship.
• Plan and lead worship services that honor God and engages the congregation.
• Promote music programs within Church and community
• Assist with all technology needs for music and worship
